Hundreds of plus-size fashion stores and more Ultimate Plus-Size Shopping List!

When it comes to good looking women plus size women in my opinion are the most gorgeous women on the planet.  Besides my wife I can think of a few ladies that if I was a single man I would be absolutely blown away just to be in their presence let alone having the privilege to date one of them.  The inspiration for this list comes from that admiration.  Previous lists that I have seen always focus on the known plus size divas.  Today I am going to shine the light on a few ladies that don’t get as much attention in the mainstream even though those of us in the plus size community know and adore them.

1. Thea Vidale – Plus size comdianne and actress that looks stunning no matter what she puts on.
2. Velvet D’Amour – I was first introduced to her during the Milan fashion show. Classic beauty is all I can say.
3. Mia Amber Davis – Who knew the young lady that many men drooled over in the movie road trip would become a plus size modeling titan?
4. Sherri Sheppard – Co-host of the view that caught a lot of attention for exposing her belly while she was pregnant, but makes my top list for her timeless beauty.
5. Beth Ditto – Curvy edgy diva that is not afraid to show off all her curves and rolls.  To bad more plus size ladies are not like Beth.
6. Nancy Baum – Former plus size model and creative force behind Cherished-Woman.com
7. Nikki Blonsky – Star of the movie Hairspray.  Talent and beauty of her caliber will not be held in check expect big things from her.
8. Chloe Marshall – Plus size model, from England, who was the first ever size 16 model who has been a finalist in the Miss England contest.
9. The Glamazons – For plus size beauties that came to our attention during the America’s got Talent competition.
10. Lakisha Jones – She blew us away as a contestant on American Idol. Her first album came out last month.  Expect great things from this young lady.

You may not agree with this list because I did not pick the usual suspects like Queen Latifah, Toccara Jones, Jill Scott, Liv Tyler and others of note.  The reason that I chose these ladies is that they deserve just as much recognition as the beauties that are always named.  If you didn’t know them then you got a treat if you do know them then you are on the same page as I am that they are all gorgeous and can hold their own no matter what the occassion.
