When it comes to good looking women plus size women in my opinion are the most gorgeous women on the planet. Besides my wife I can think of a few ladies that if I was a single man I would be absolutely blown away just to be in their presence let alone having the privilege to date one of them. Last year I did this list and thought it was time to do it again. A few ladies from last year made the list again along with some new beauties that everyone can be very proud of.
Thea Vidale – Plus size comedienne and actress that looks stunning no matter what she puts on.
Martha Wash – Weather Girl looking fabulous in a bat-wing top from Monif C. Plus-Sizes
Gabourey Sidibe – Precious film star. This young lady has a bright career ahead of her
Ashely Graham – Plus-Size model who was in the middle of the Lane Bryant story when ABC and Fox wanting to ban a lingerie ad
Rosie Mercado – Plus size model and the face of Full Figured Fashion Week.
Nancy Baum – Former plus size model and creative force behind Cherished-Woman.com
Lizzie Miller – plus-size model that brought body shape among women to the forefront with the photoshoot she did last year
Crystal Renn – Plus size model know for her book Hungry: A Young Model’s Story of Appetite, Ambition and the Ultimate Embrace of Curves
and her fight to model at the size she is naturally
The Glamazons – For plus size beauties that came to our attention during the America’s got Talent competition.
Lakisha Jones – She blew us away as a contestant on American Idol.
You may not agree with this list because I did not pick the usual suspects like Queen Latifah, Toccara Jones, Jill Scott, Liv Tyler and others of note. The reason that I chose these ladies is that they deserve just as much recognition as the beauties that are always named. If you didn’t know them then you got a treat if you do know them then you are on the same page as I am that they are all gorgeous and can hold their own no matter what the occasion.
They are all beautiful but Rosie Mercado is stunning — Wow.

this is a good list. but i think you kinda left out a newbie beauty to the list…. amber riley from glee (mercedes). not only is she beautiful, but she exemplifies such strength , even more so for a very young woman in a very unforgiving arena of mass media…. the likes of plus size models like crystal renn and movie actors like gabourey sidibe may have done a lot to earn their place, but amber is a plus size actor on a mainstream teen show on mainstream tv (one of the hardest places in media to find fat acceptance). and even though she’s among skinny, typical actresses, girl holds her own and nnever fades to the background.
Great list of inspiring plus size women! I love the Glamazons… they are a true inspiration, and I don’t think they get as much credit and exposure as they deserve.
