Mo’Nique, ambassador of big and patron saint of the full-figured women, is again combing the country in search of the next Miss F.A.T. (fabulous and thick).

The performer and her entourage, including last year’s winner and runner-up, will hold open casting calls in New York for “Mo’Nique’s F.A.T. Chance,” set to air on Oxygen in July.

Contestants should report to the Roseland Ballroom (239 W. 52nd St., between Broadway & Eighth Ave.) on Monday. Doors open at 10 a.m. Last year’s auditions at the W Hotel in Union Square was so jammed the producers had to turn people away.

Ten plus-size finalists will be whisked off to Los Angeles, where they’ll live together in a house and participate in a mind and body enhancing regimen designed to show that big is beautiful. The winner will get a $50,000 cash prize and bragging rights. And all of the contestants will get to strut their stuff on the “Fat Chance” runway.
