2009 has been a wild and crazy time in the world of plus-size! Highlights of this year include Full Figure Plus turning five years old and surpassing one million page views! I went to New York to cover the first ever large scale fashion week just for plus sizes and we saw plus size modeling take a giant leap forward while taking a slap in the face from people like Meme Roth and Karl Lagerfield. Overall 2009 was a fantastic year.

With hundreds of post it would make no sense to include all of them. These post mark the ones most prevalent in my mind and important overall to the plus-size community. What does the new year hold? I am not sure but if 2010 is anything like 2009 it is going to be one heck of a fun journey!
Great review, there has been a LOT of movement on the plus size sector! We are starting to become mainstream, and society is starting to embrace us. Let 2010 be an even more accepting year!
