Hundreds of plus-size fashion stores and more Ultimate Plus-Size Shopping List!

I just heard the news while listening to the radio and it looks like recording artist and plus size diva Angie Stone will be debuting a line of clothing soon at Ashely Stewart’s.  When Stone’s collection debuts she will join other celebrities of the likes of Gladys Knight and Jill Scott that have fashions available from this merchant.

I am glad that plus size celebrities are teaming up with the stores that they shop to create clothing for the many plus size women out there that are looking for fashionable clothing but may not know what options are available to them.

I am assuming since so little information is out right now that they are still trying to finalize the details as to when they will be available in stores.

For all you music fans out there here is a little bit of history for you.  Did you know that Angie Stone got her start in the industry in 1979 as B Angie B as part of the first commercial female hip hop groups Sequence?

The song was on the Sugar Hill Records label title “Funk You Up”.  If you are a fan of hip hop that can be played regardless of age check out the Sugar Hill Gang Box Set to hear B Angie B before she became Angie Stone.
