Have you ever witnessed a plus size teen being teased because of her size?  If you have you are not alone.  To fight this injustice as well as give teens something to aspire to the Plus Teen USA Pageant steps up to show these young ladies they have what it takes to show the world how beautiful they are.

The winner of the Plus Teen USA, 2010 pageant will be selected from plus size teens (sizes 12 and up,13 in juniors) ages 13-19, and will serve as a representative for plus teens across the nation by showcasing her confidence, positivity, poise, style, interview skills, and good moral character.

This royal beauty will reign as Plus Teen USA, 2010 for one year, and represent Plus Teen USA through her desired platform in a variety of settings which may include, but not be limited to modeling and speaking.

The 2010 Plus Teen USA Pageant and Conference, which will be held in Arlington, Texas during the weekend of October 24-26, is preceded by four (4) Regional Pageants to be held in Chicago, Atlanta, Los Angeles and New York throughout the month of July

Plus Teen USA believes that plus size girls should be afforded the same type of pageantry experience as their smaller peers.  Most plus size girls would prefer to compete in a pageant with girls who share similar issues.  To make these dreams happen as with most dreams they need support from others.
