Aspartame linked to cancer

On my other blog I just wrote about how Frutose has been linked to causing the body to store fat, now I come across this story that’s says Aspartame is linked to cancer. The researchers say its early so there is no need for people to panic, but why release findings early if there is not some truth in them? I know that this blog has not really been about breaking news but I felt that with the millions of plus size people that are injesting Aspartame as part of a dieting regime then it was my duty to report this.

I have on many occasions myself drank something that had Equal in it. I have never been a fan of equal, but there are those that swear by it. But considering that now Nutrasweet and Equal are being linked to lymphoma and leukemia I think that it for sure time for people to watch closer than ever what they eat and drink.

The body naturally produces small amount of Aspartame but adding that to the levels that are put in consumer products is for sure something to be cautious about. Especially in women and children.
