I have order from Biggalslingerie.com 3 times so far and have NEVER been disappointed or had a problem! The work is awsome and the turn around for custom items wasn’t bad either maybe like 2 weeks or so.. I will be back many more times!!!!!!! I even have a order placed right now and soooo can’t wait.

regarding the above statement.
the item was out of stock. we gave the customer an estimation on when to expect the item. We are at the mercy of our suppliers sometimes when waiting on shipments to restock our merchandise. i gave the customer an estimated arrival for the out of stock item. it was late getting to us from our supplier. The customer decided they didn’t want to wait and we issued a prompt refund for the out of stock item. There was no hassle, no arguement from us, and certainly no rip off involved and we answered all emails promptly as soon as they were received. If we didn’t answer an email, we didn’t receive it. I am sorry the customer above was not satisfied but we always strive to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied. our ebay store is seperate from our online store. all items ship the day they are paid for. Great website with large selection. Biggest advantage is that the models are all large women no size 12-14 here so you get an idea of what it will look like on you. The bad thing is poor follow through service. I submited my order and she charged my card. I contacted her a week later and she said she would mail it Monday after my card was charged for a week. Another week and multiple emails later she still had not sent my order from AZ to CA and still failed to return email. I saw her ebay sttore awith promises to send same day if paid by 2PM. 2q weeks and still no order or response from her. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!!
