Did Mo’Nique Have Surgery?

As I have stated many times in the past I have devoted a lot of writing to the activities of Mo’Nique.  In particular her size acceptance crusade.  Rumors started a few months ago that she had surgery for weight loss and were feuled even more with the fact that she did not bring Mo’Nique’s F.A.T. Chance back for another season.

Photos that have been popping up over the last few days show a different Mo’Nique.  One that is noticeably smaller but I am not sure if it is due to weight loss or surgery.  Regardless as to what is really going on in the context of my blog I will not be using her name in relation to the size acceptance movement until I find out for certain what the real story is.
