1. To enter, become a “fan” of Kiyonna onFacebook.com. By becoming a “fan” of Kiyonna, you agree to the use of your name in the winner announcement on Kiyonna.com, Kiyonna’s Facebook.com “fan” page and for promotional purposes.
2. The Contest begins on August 1, 2009 at 6:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on August 31, 2009 at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time
3. Each Winner will win a $150 Kiyonna.com gift certificate (the “Prize”) redeemable at Kiyonna.com. All federal, state and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitutions for the Prize will be given. Each gift certificate will expire 90 days from that date of issuance.
4. Each daily Winner will be notified via private message on Facebook by 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time on the day his/her name is chosen. If a prize notification or Prize is returned as undeliverable, or we are unable to reach the Winner to claim the Prize after 2 attempts and a 5 day period, the Prize may be forfeited at the sole discretion of Kiyonna and another Winner may be selected by Kiyonna.com.
