It is sad that in 2007 that a person regardless of color can be convicted for a high school fight. I can’t make it down to Jena, Louisiana today to join in on the march but I can show support on my blog for a situation that should have never happened. For those that don’t know a young black man is set to be sent to jail for 22 years for a fight with a white student. Five others where charged but there sentence is no where near that of Micheal Bayle.
