1. Do you search by size? by brand? other?
2. Is it easy to figure out how to search for what you want? How would you improve this?
3. Are there too many or two few smaller pictures on a page? Are you comfortable scrolling down to see all the pictures in a department, like a brand department or a style department? How would you improve these “thumbnail” pages?
4. Are the product page pictures clear and helpful? Can you figure out how to change the picture sizes? How would you improve the pictures?
5. Is the product page (the page where you can click to order the product) clear and easy to use? Are the columns of information on the left and right useful? Are the wish list, compare, other colors, heel height and reviews sections useful? How would you improve these product pages?
6. Is it easy to move from looking at shoes to putting them in your cart to buying them? Are there ANY places along this path that are confusing or that raise questions about what should happen next? What should we fix?
7. Any other suggestions, thoughts, wishes?
Thanks!

With shoe sizes up to a size 15 extra wide an an intergrated shopping navagation system equal to what I have seen in some of the other shoe websites I think that Designershoes.com is headed in the right direction.
