Is John Chow really evil or is evil the new cool?

I first heard of John Chow when he was a guest blogger for Darren over at ProBlogger. I like many other bloggers I’m sure subscribed to his feed to see what he was all about. I must admit I didn’t really pay much attention to his blog until I read one of his posts on the monthly income totals he was getting and his sense of humor.

At this point I was not frothing at the mouth yet, but I was very interested in how I could take some of the guru like principles that I found on his blog and apply it to the faithful fat folks that I so love to write for.

When I started seeing the whole “Is John Chow Evil” posts pop up on his blog and others I thought this is a great way to not take yourself serious or your blog to serious. In addition he is not behind the veil of darkness that surrounds most blogs and shows us that he is a real person. Now I want to be evil just like John, so that my blog can continue to grow.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is something that I have been pulling my hair out about. Every site that I have read on this subject is like reading a foreign language. John breaks it down into everyday terms that even a slug like me can understand.

I love how he is not afraid to tell the “secrets” behind how he does things. There are millions of blogs that are out there that do the same thing, but seem to take themselves far to serious. I know that not only will I get good information when I read his blog but I will get a good laugh from posts like How to shower: Men vs. Women.

Since I am a full time blogger and would love to make more from the monetization of my blog. To do that I must plug into the matrix that is JohnChow.com. If he is evil marketing blogger I want to be an evil plus size blogger that way I to can be considered cool.
