Jahqoi, for the size sexy woman

I first wrote about Jahqoi and the great clothing line of this start up company some months ago. During the transition of some posts off Full Figure Plus that was one of the lost entries. Thanks to Dorez, one of the hard working people with Jahqoi I was able to gather the information needed to bring to light again a merchant that I feel will be one of the rising stars in 2007 like Monif C. was in 2006.

Founder Anna Nicole is a native of Detroit, Michigan started ANR Apparel in 2004. With the success of the ANR clothing line 2005 decided to establish Jahqoi, Inc., which now serves as the parent corporation of ANR. Jahqoi now handles both retail and wholesale sales.

Besides having great looking colors and designs that go right along with what you will be seeing this Spring and Summer the first thing that caught my eye about Jahqoi was the material that the clothing was made of. Modal is a bio-based fiber made by spinning reconstituted cellulose from beech trees. In human terms its a fabric that is made from a tree. Like cotton its easy to dye but in reality its closer to rayon.

Basically it means that the clothes from Jahqoi will be lighter, breath easier, and be resistant to water and stain resistant. As with every other merchant that sells to plus sizes there is something that makes Jahqoi different. In my opinion the fact that the pieces on the website are limited in number and there are wholesale opportunities available to other businesses means that there is a high probability that a merchant in one part of the country can get styles and colors that may not be available elsewhere. Also by keeping the number of styles small it guarantees rotation.

I expect to see a lot more from Jahqoi in the upcoming year. With the great styles and colors that they have it won’t be long before they are one of the major players in the world of plus size fashion for size sexy women.
