Checking updates on Twitter, see how Twitter can help a blogger out? I came across a post on a UK fashion magazine called LOVE. What struck me immediately was the cover. For those of you that are not into nudity I suggest that you turn away from the monitor now because I love the cover of LOVE with Beth Ditto in all her beautiful glory.
After visiting the blog and commenting I went to the Facebook page and became a fan, not to mention I am trying along with I am sure other bloggers like Aja over at Belle Noir to get a copy of the magazine once it goes on sale. With the demise of Figure magazine next month there is yet another hole in the market for a fashion magazine for plus size women.
Too bad that we will never see something like this on the newsstands here in the US. We over here know all about the size police and there aversion to us fat folks. Anywho it looks like LOVE is going to be a success from reading about the Love In on the blog. Maybe if I be enough in this post I can get a copy of the magazine and possibly a tshirt? Congratulations to everyone that helped bring this very much needed magazine to the world!
