During Full Figured Fashion Week I had the pleasure of meeting and talking to some fantastic individuals and seeing some fabulous clothes.  As a result I will be bringing you some of the new designers, well they are new to me so I am sharing them with you.  The first on the list is the brain child of CEO/Head Designer Janet Allen.  If you have not heard of CoQo Clothing I suggest you put them on your list and shop often my wife already has her eye on a few of the dresses, Janet we will talk.  Enough of my ramblings, without further delay introducing CoQo Clothing.

CoQo fashions are statements of style and personality, uniquely catered to complement the dynamically curvy attributes of a real woman but kept simple enough to not camoflouge.  It is very important to the CoQo team to help customers exude beauty in smart and flattering ways without looking like they are trying to hide something.  CoQo Clothing began as a challenge to the limits set on curvy women by mainstream fashion.  For example, thin oddly placed unflattering waistbands and ridiculously tiny triangular cleavage sections that ACTUALLY don’t fit any of our unique curves.  Finally, CoQo was created to combat loud distracting prints and complicated cuts meant to hide problem areas.  Basically, CoQo is rooted in comfort and practicality with a flare of sexy and “look at me”.

For the summer, CoQo has introduced a line of basic sundresses that are meant to be base pieces to which you can add your own personality.  The emphasis is on affordable and flexible looks that can be wardrobe staples throughout the summer and carry over to next year.  These designs are meant to give glory to curves for the women who like to show them off, and call attention with bright colors and sexy cuts.  Each piece has a simple design meaning it can easily translate from day to evening, be worn out shopping, to work, or to a party with the addition of a few accessories, your favorite shoes,  or even some accent pieces.

Be sure to check out Coqo Clothing and tell Janet that Glen sent you.  Their newest clothes are  featured under the “shop” section of their website: www.coqoclothing.com.
