It seems that when it gets warmer fashion mistakes peak.  I am not the fashion plate of the century but there are several things that absolutely get on my nerves when I see them.  It makes me wonder what these individuals were thinking or if they thought about it at all.

  1. Visible bra straps - Tank tops and camis are comfortable but showing bra straps especially if the bra is tattered is not right.
  2. Visible underwear - Guys with sagging pants or women showing of a thong is something that no person should be subjected to.
  3. Flip flops with career wear - It makes me wonder how this person got a professional job at all wearing a cheap pair of flip flops to work.
  4. Overly revealing clothes - Unless you are working as a stripper there is no time to go out in public dressed like you are ready for sex.
  5. Doo rags - There is no occasion that calls for a do rag as an accessory item.
  6. Offensive T-Shirts - Freedom of expression is one thing but if you can’t say it in front of your grandmother you shouldn’t have it on.
  7. Panty lines - I know this is a touchy one but it can be easily avoided by wearing clothes that are not so tight you know my blood type or patterns with white pants.
  8. Tights & Micro-mini skirts -  If the skirt is to short to wear without putting tights on then you shouldn’t have the skirt on.
  9. Mixing styles - While some styles compliment there are few circumstances that goth and bridal go together.
  10. Un-manicured feet - More for ladies than men why pay close attention to every part of your appearance accept your feet?
  11. Spandex no girdle - If you just have to wear spandex please wear a girdle to smooth out the problem areas.

Overall when it comes to fashion it is up to the individual what is considered fashionable but when it comes to making the chose to deal with the world outside of yours it makes good fashion sense to not be so far out there that you are asked to leave an establishment based on your clothing.
