UK e-zine “Just as Beautiful” does Things in a big way

I have actually been a subscriber to Just as Beautiful for three months now. I have enjoyed reading what the editors of the e-zine bill as “The Uk’s first free Lifestyle Magazine dedicated to the plus-size woman”. Just like in the mission statement it is free to all subscribers. Just send an email with your name and contact details to: subscriptions@justasbeautiful.co.uk.

What I like the most about this e-zine is that it is laid out in a way that makes for easy reading. It does take some getting used to reading a .pdf file but that doesn’t take from the fact that there is a lot of information for the readers.

If I had been paying closer attention when I got my issue for this month I would have seen the advertisement looking for big girls for the Mika video shoot for the song “Big Girls you are Beautiful.” Other departments include psychic readings, fitness, size acceptance and general fyi for plus size women.

The oddest advertisement that I saw listed was for BBW Limo’s. Looking at the homepage the claim is made that they “understands just how you like to be treated”. There was no more information listed so I am going to assume that they know what it takes to deal with larger clients.

Over all Just as Beautiful is a fast read and enjoyable read. It is nice to see that some of the same issues that I have been blogging about in the US are happening in other places. If your looking for more information on the world of plus sizes then I definitely recommend that you subscribe.
