Wal-Mart Helps out With Valentine’s Day Shopping

I live in the home state of Wal-mart yet I still have kind of a love hate relationship with them. But I am not here to talk about that I am here to let the people know that there is help from Wally World for those that are clueless when it comes to Valentine’s Day Shopping.
Wal-mart has introduced two websites, one for men and one for women that will allow a shopper to browse online, choose a gift, print the list then pick it up at their local Wal-Mart store.
As described in a recent press release. “Recent trends show more women think not only of their beau on Valentine’s Day, but also friends, family members — even their pampered pooch. Helpaguybuy.com and Helpachickpick.com let customers make Wal-Mart their one-stop shop for every Valentine’s Day need, offering not only the traditional flowers and candy, but gifts that say “I Love You” in a variety of ways.”
Answering ten questions that are very generic and broad based to help me with my wife was very close to how I see her. Her loving the latest kitchen gadgets is way off but otherwise pretty accurate.
The Entertainer
From gourmet dishes to comfort food, she enjoys dining at the newest restaurant in town or entertaining friends and family at home. The Entertainer loves the latest kitchen accessories, fun serving pieces, cookbooks and trendy home décor.
My answers to the questions gave me nine gift choices that ranged in price from eight dollars for a valentine themed robe to over a thousand dollars for a diamond ring. If I was ready to shop I could simply print my list and go to one of the many Wal-mart stores in my area.
These two websites are good ideas for people who are looking to do generic Valentine’s shopping. For those looking to be unique with gift giving on the day of romance may find it a little frustrating especially if the questions don’t add up to your perception of your loved one.
